Pre judgment interest rate

The rate for the period 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2012 is 8.25%.

Post judgment interest rate

The rate for the period 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2012 is 10.25%.

Rule 36.7(1) of Uniform Civil Procedure Rules relates to the post judgment interest rate.
