The members of the Board are the President, Stepan Kerkyasharian, as Chair, and four part-time statutory members appointed by the Governor of NSW. The current Board members are Suzanne Jamieson, Phillipa McDermott, Cameron Murphy and Peter Wertheim AM.

The President - Stepan Kerkyasharian AM Stepan Kerkyasharian AM became the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board on 15 September 2003. He also continues to be the Chair and the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Relations Commission for a Multicultural New South Wales. More>>

Peter Wertheim AM Peter is a solicitor. He is also Honorary Solicitor and Board Member of the Australian International Fund for Disadvantaged Children in Vietnam; the Honorary Secretary, Joint Jewish Communal Appeal; the President and Chair of the Joint Committee for Jewish Higher Education and a Member of the Board of Management of the Great Synagogue, Sydney.
