Everybody has a right to freedom from discrimination
Under NSW law it is illegal to discriminate against you because of your age, disability, homosexuality, marital status, race, sex, transgender status or carers’ responsibilities.

The NSW Anti-Discrimination Act makes discrimination unlawful in the areas of employment, public education, accommodation, the provision of goods and services, and registered clubs.

If you would like confidential advice contact the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board.
